- Build before we assess. If we have not looked at the work, the data and the risks, we will not quote for a build.
- Train on your data. Models are used as supplied. Your documents are never used to train anything, ours or anyone else's.
- Sell you a platform. We hold no reseller agreements. If a product you already have will do the job, we will say so.

We work with organisations around the world, on site when the work needs it and remotely when it does not. Every deployment follows the data residency rules of the country it runs in: your data stays in your jurisdiction unless you decide otherwise.
